What a gem, hidden off the main stretch in Side Antique City. A stunning family-run B&B boutique hotel, with so many loving details and decorative touches that just make this place magical. We used their driving service for a luxury door to door service and we arrived at this breathtaking beauty late at night. On arrival we were greeted by Murat who had waited up even though our plane was delayed.
Rooms are all bespoke and my daughter and I had different decor, but the same statement headboards, which are delightful). This made the stay extra special, in fact all the decor is meticulously considered and beautifully styled. In the morning I opened the balcony to discover ancient ruins yards away, it is so humbling to have the luxury of history at your fingertips. These were all open to the public and there were plenty of walks. The placement of this hotel is perfect. Quiet and idyllic and yet 5 minutes from the Harbor and restaurants. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach with rentable beds and a reasonable bar. Its location is perfect!!
Downstairs the zen garden was so peaceful and charming and Jo greeted us like long-lost friends. I recommend the Turkish breakfast, all home grown; harvested olives, homemade jams - delicious! Presented with such love and care! I feel like this review really doesn’t do this hotel justice.
We were so impressed by the tranquility and fabulous vibe that Jo and Murat have created and we couldn’t recommend enough. We can’t wait to book again!

It's an absolutely wonderful place, we were very pleased. It's family run and friendly and caring people. The rooms are clean and every detail we may need has been considered. The garden ambiance was wonderful and it was very good for us to relax for 5 days. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in Ancient Side. I hope we will come again and again.

Excellent hotel!!! The best for a holiday in Ancient Side! Location in a very quiet area of the old town, 3 minutes to the beach. I had a great holiday in this hotel, modern cozy design of the hotel, the atmosphere of a luxurious Mediterranean house. The room has a chic bed, with a very comfortable mattress and pillows, the best for a good night's sleep. Very hospitable hosts, everyone is very friendly, which makes the holiday like a holiday with friends in a house by the sea. Breakfast is very hearty, with Turkish hospitality! Big thank you to our hosts Jo, Murat & Kaya we absolutely loved our stay in Alchemy Rooms. Our room was beautifully decorated very clean and spacious you really have thought about your guests comfort. The location is great to explore this old town and the face that it is built on the ruins as you can see through the glassed gardens makes this place even more unique. Your delicious breakfast set us up for the day, beaches at the end of your road it was just the perfect stay for the short time we were in Side. I can wholeheartedly recommend your place. The place was magical from the first moment. From the security point you are inside the holiday area and there are great hiking spots. Every walk you discover something new. The hotel is in a great location. There are delicious and delightful restaurants nearby. You are very close to the beach. You are also very close to the entertainment points, but due to its location, you have a quiet night at the hotel. If you want to have fun, you can reach the entertainment points in just 5 minutes. Everything in the hotel is very well thought out. You open your eyes to a great view and watch the history. We recommend you to enjoy coffee on the balcony at a quiet moment. You should try breakfast. We definitely recommend walking and getting lost once in the area. Be sure to visit the museums overnight. If you went to the Ancient Theater at night, stand on the far left and take in the great view. Thanks for everything. I hope other guests enjoy it just as much as we have. Also extra thanks to Kaya. We really couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay! It is quiet, close to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants and above all great people! Jo, Murat and Kaya were extremely warm and hospitable! If you feel like getting in touch with the owners, neighbors and other guests of the property, this is the place for you. Family-run new hotel, particularly clean and comfortable. Murat, Jo, and their son Kaya gave us a very warm welcome and we felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay. The location in ancient Side was perfect. We'd come back. Clear recommendation!
Top Location, 3 minutes to the beach. Incredibly friendly owners and delicious breakfast with great teas from Jo. You can sit beautifully in the garden and it is quiet. The rooms are very tastefully furnished. I'll be back. Tina De
